Buckeye Water to Trail Adventures was built from a lifelong love of the outdoors, family adventures, and the belief that time outside should be accessible, affordable, and welcoming to everyone.

Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, we grew up exploring rivers, trails, parks, and waterways across the region. What started with local adventures has grown into a passion for helping others experience the outdoors with confidence, whether that means kayaking the Mahoning River, learning new paddling skills, finding the right gear, or discovering new places to explore.

While our roots are here in Ohio, our mission reaches beyond one river or one region. We believe outdoor adventure connects people to their communities, their families, and the natural world around them. From quiet stretches of water to forested trails, public parks, lakes, and rivers throughout the region, we want to help more people get outside safely and responsibly.

Our goal is simple: provide affordable gear, quality education, guided experiences, and local knowledge for anyone ready to begin or continue their outdoor journey.
